About Patrick Tolbert

Your Inspector Has Built What He Inspects

Before Patrick Tolbert ever walked through a home with a flashlight and clipboard, he built them — as a licensed contractor with firsthand knowledge of residential and commercial construction from the ground up.

That background is what sets Verispec apart. Patrick doesn't just look for defects; he understands exactly how buildings are constructed, which means he knows where problems hide, what causes them, and what they mean for your investment.
