Verispec covers the I-5 corridor from Clark County in the north down through the Portland metro to Salem, along with the communities either side of it. Home inspections, commercial inspections, radon testing, sewer scopes, mold, lead paint, and asbestos sampling are all handled in-house across the whole area, so one booking covers everything you need rather than coordinating three companies around one closing date.

Portland Metro

We inspect throughout Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties. That covers Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, and Forest Grove out along Highway 26 and 99W, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Oregon City, Milwaukie, and Happy Valley through the I-205 corridor, and Gresham and Troutdale east along I-84. Portland's housing stock runs from pre-war bungalows to new subdivisions, and the two need very different things from an inspector. Older neighborhoods raise questions about sewer laterals, lead paint, and knob and tube wiring. Newer builds raise questions about drainage, framing, and whether the work was finished properly before the walls closed.

Vancouver and Clark County

Across the Columbia we serve Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Salmon Creek, and Hazel Dell. Clark County has taken a large share of the region's new residential construction, which makes phase inspections and 11-month builder warranty inspections a bigger part of the work up here than they are further south.

Salem, Marion and Polk Counties

South along I-5 we cover Salem and Keizer, Woodburn and Aumsville, Silverton and Stayton, and across the river into Dallas, Independence, and Monmouth. Wilsonville, Canby, and Aurora sit between the two metros on Highway 99E and I-5, and we work that stretch regularly rather than treating it as the edge of a service radius.
